CrossFit is a complete fitness program led by an expert instructor and performed in a small group setting. The program utilizes weight training, bodyweight movements and general cardiovascular exercises to develop all facets of fitness. CrossFit promotes strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, and cardiovascular endurance. Designed to be universally scalable, CrossFit can be modified to the beginner while simultaneously challenging the more advanced athlete.

Our CFTR Teens program aims to spark that fitness fire by giving our youth an opportunity to learn functional movements that will help build that strong foundation for fitness, athletics, and an overall healthy lifestyle. And, most importantly, they will have FUN doing it!
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. We strongly believe that you cannot out-exercise a bad diet! To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer 1-on-1 nutrition guidance. Our nutrition guidance program combines encouragement, accountability and hard data to help you work towards Wellness and even Fitness.
Free 1:1 Trial Sessions are for individuals new to CrossFit.
