Creating a love and passion for fitness starts at a young age. And getting involved in fitness at a young age sets the foundation for a healthier lifestyle into adulthood.
Our CFTR Teens program aims to spark that fitness fire by giving our youth an opportunity to learn functional movements that will help build that strong foundation for fitness, athletics, and an overall healthy lifestyle. And, most importantly, they will have FUN doing it!
Free 1:1 Trial Sessions are for individuals new to CrossFit.
You’ll work one on one with a Coach, do a short workout, discuss your goals, and learn more about our gym.
