Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I was tired of regular gyms and conventional training programs that always yielded minimal results for me and wanted to try something different
Why did you become a trainer?
I saw firsthand the results that CrossFit can deliver and wanted to help others in their fitness journey just as my coaches helped me
What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
I know it’s weird but I enjoy Burpees. Also enjoy Muscle Ups and Snatches
What is you favorite cheat food?
Oreos or anything with chocolate
Who is your favorite superhero and why?
Batman because he had no superpowers
