2010
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I sort of stumbled into it in college in 2002 and it stuck. I started with training clients one-on-one doing the usual one-hour session with each client at one to three times a week. When CrossFit came around and started gaining some attention in around 2009/10 we took an interest and saw a great opportunity to help a broader community.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
Anything with deadlifting or squatting
What is your favorite cheat food?
Beer and pizza
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Probably DareDevil seeing as he turned what some might see as a limitation into a strength.
