What year did you start CrossFitting?
2011
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
A chance to be in a healthy, competitive environment, work with an amazing group of people, and, with my midlife crisis in full swing, it is much healthier (and cheaper) than a Porsche and a hair transplant.
Why did you become a trainer?
An opportunity to pass on what was taught to me, and what I have discovered. Nothing is more fulfilling to me than seeing a newcomer accomplish something they never thought possible.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
Uh??…thrusters???
What is your favorite cheat food?
Chocolate filled twinkies
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Aquaman….because I know nobody will pick him. Poor guy.
