What year did you start CrossFitting?
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I’ve been into fitness most of my adult life (you should see my home workout video collection, lol) but I was drawn to the idea of CrossFit as I was looking for something to challenge me and get me out of my comfort zone. Turns out, I looked in the right place!
Why did you become a trainer?
CrossFit has changed my life in so many ways and has allowed me to do things I never thought I was capable of, thanks to my own amazing trainers. If I can help others to do the same, then I’ll have done my job well.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
HSPU’s, even though they’re a constant work in progress for me. I remember taking weeks to build up the courage to even try and get my body in the upside down position so every successful HSPU is a win in my book.
What is your favorite cheat food?
Dark chocolate peanut butter cups!
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Captain Marvel because she’s a badass!!!
