stars“I came across CrossFit the Rack while working out at Gold’s Gym. As an observer on the sidelines, I was a bit skeptical of CrossFit, and then I started training one-on-one and gradually joined the group WODs (Workout of the Day). I learned about the benefits of functional training (which is the heart of CrossFit), strengthened my core, and improved my flexibility. The group WODs are scalable and challenging, but the camaraderie amongst the CrossFit the Rack athletes makes the difference. The coaches are dedicated to supporting your fitness goals, and the equipment is clean, of good quality, and well-maintained.
