Step #1 – Sign Up for Free No Sweat Intro

This is a 15-30 minute, free introduction to CrossFit The Rack. Come check out our facility and meet with one of our coaching staff so we can get to know more about you and your goals. Once we understand what you hope to accomplish, we can explain how you can successfully get there. The process is really simple, just pick a day and time from our schedule that works for you and we’ll go from there. If you cannot find a convenient time please email us at info@crossfittherack.com. “Try a Class” Introduction at CrossFit The Rack

Interested in seeing what CrossFit is all about? Want to try a free workout? Contact us at info@crossfittherack.com and we will help you pick the right time to join the fun during one of our Beginners Classes. It is recommended that you schedule a “No Sweat” Intro prior to or after trying a free workout.

Step #2 – Sign Up for Our On-Ramp

Before you can jump into regular CrossFit classes, we have an on ramp program that will help teach you all the foundational movements you’ll see, as well as get you prepared for the increased intensity that you’ll see in a regular class setting.

  • Private Foundations – $300

    This is a series of five 1-on-1 private training sessions that are scheduled independently to fit your schedule.
