Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro Class
During your 1-on-1 introduction we’ll get a better sense of what you’re looking for, explain CrossFit, how we train and put you through a CrossFit workout with one of our coaches. Afterward, we’ll talk about what membership options work best for you.
Step #2 – Sign Up for Our On-Ramp
Before you can jump into regular CrossFit classes, we have an on ramp program that will help teach you all the foundational movements you’ll see, as well as get you prepared for the increased intensity that you’ll see in a regular class setting.
[Option #1] Private Foundations – $300
This is a series of five 1-on-1 private training sessions that are scheduled independently to fit your schedule.
[Option #2] Beginners Classes – $129/mo
This is our scaled down class that was designed specifically for new athletes. It is focused more on coaching the new athlete, and involves a lot fewer complex movements. You can “test out” at any time, but we do limit this membership to only 4 months.
