Weightlifting

If you have been looking to get stronger and more powerful at each of the specific weightlifting movements found in CrossFit classes, then you will want to get in on this course. We offer programs that will improve your Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean and Jerk) your Powerlifting (Bench Press, Deadlifts, Back Squats) or both.

Participants can expect to learn the essential components of these skills and more. Each class will cover a comprehensive warm-up, technique drills and exercises, development of assistance exercises and a metabolic conditioning WOD at the conclusion.

These course are programmed on a weekly, monthly and annual basis depending on the needs and goals of the athlete. These programs are billed a la carte or as part of an all inclusive monthly membership. Ask a coach for details.
