CrossFit

Our program emphasizes short, high intensity workouts. We focus on functional movements and combine strength training, cardiovascular conditioning (aka cardio) and basic body weight exercises. Workouts are constantly varied from day to day and they are infinitely scalable for any level of fitness. Everyone from elite athletes to beginners can be accommodated.

Our group class format encourages a healthy, competitive spirit to motivate you to perform at your personal best. Classes are run by professional, CrossFit-trained coaches who are committed to teaching proper technique, encouraging intensity, and maintaining class structure. Classes are 45-60 minutes long but can be adjusted according to one’s schedule. Whether you have 20 minutes or 2 hours we will ensure you leave fitter then when you walked in.

Prior to our All Levels Program we ask that all participants complete our Foundations Workshop.
