We are very proud to be a fully recognized CrossFit Kids/Teens affiliate. At CrossFit The Rack, kids are treated the same as our adult athletes and members. Our Program focuses on the development of skills and movement patterns children and teenagers use on a daily basis whether it is sport related or not. All exercises as well and workouts are scaled appropriately to meet the abilities of each participant. While focusing on technique, every class incorporates the right amount of fun to keep all everyone engaged.
Our CrossFit Kids program focuses on children ages 5-11 and breaks up each class session into age groups where one trainer may work with 3-5 kids of similar age ranges. Our CrossFit Teens program focuses on children ages 12-16.
Our monthly schedule consists of three CF Kids/Teens classes per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). In addition we offer two CF Teens only classes per week (Tuesday and Thursday). Our CF Teens are welcome and encouraged to attend classes up to five times per week if feasible.
We also offer Private and Small Group Training for age groups.
Our coaches are skilled and certified to work with kids through youth fitness and sports standards. Our program is safe, functional, and efficient.
Classes start promptly at 4:15pm and end at approximately 5pm. We ask that all participants arrive on time and that they be picked up by a parent or guardian at the conclusion of class.
