“Death By Pull-Up”

Complete 1 pull-up at the top of minute 1, then rest the remainder of that minute. Add 1 rep each following minute. Minute 2, complete 2 pull-ups. Minute 3, complete 3 pull-ups. Minute 4, complete 4 pull-ups… and so on, adding 1 rep per minute until you are unable to complete the work before the end of the minute.

Beginners, substitute banded pull-ups. Do not use jumping pull-ups today. To scale up, wear a 20 lb. vest.
