For time as a 2-person team:
100 Push Jerks, 155#/105#
90 Sit-ups (each partner)
80 Dips
70 Kettle Bell Swings, 70/53
60 Front Squats, 155/105
50 Pull-ups
40 Bar Facing Burpees
*Divide the reps (except for the sit-ups) between the 2 people in any manner, however all push jerks must be completed before beginning the sit-ups. All sit-ups must be completed before the dips, etc, etc. (No rack for the push jerks and front squats)
