Weekly Recipe – Maple Pumpkin Meatballs

Ingredients:
• 1 pound Ground beef
• 1/2 pound Ground Pork
• 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 cup Almond Flour
• 1 Small onion minced
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 small bunch parsley minced
• 1  teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2  teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 cup Maple syrup

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Combine all of the ingredients except the maple syrup in a large bowl and mix well with your hands.

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the mixture into 2-3 inch meatballs and lay on the baking sheet. Brush the meatballs with maple syrup.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and browned
