Slow and Steady

Work Capacity: 60 min. Ladder:
• 800m Run
• 10x Box Jumps (24”/20”)
• 20x Lunges
• 30x Double Unders

*Every round add 800m to the run, 10 reps to Box Jumps, 20 reps to Lunges, 30 reps to Double Under.
Example: Next Round: 1 mile run, 20x Box Jump, 40x Lunges, 60x Double Under…. Continue for 60 minutes.

WOD DATE AND TIME: This WOD can be completed at any regular class time over the weekend (11/5 or 11/6).
